Our hearts have been aching. The weight of the world has made me quieter, maybe even less joyful. 9 asked for a Shabbes dance party tonight, I think she sensed I needed it.
Music and movement don’t just bring joy—they help us process, they help us heal, and they remind us that there is goodness right in front of us.

We can grieve and celebrate.
We can ache and dance.
We can carry sorrow and still make space for joy.

So we danced. Under the glow of our (re purposed Chanukah) party lights, just three little girls and one mama choosing joy, choosing connection, choosing to embrace what is good and holy in this moment.

Shabbat Shalom. What a privilege it is to raise these precious souls. 💛
