🎶 Freedom, freedom! Let it ring! 🎶

I wrote Let Freedom Ring this morning, inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., as a way to help kids connect with the powerful ideas of freedom, justice, and action. 🛎✨ Each verse ties a big concept—like consent, voting, peaceful activism, and justice—to something tangible and relatable for children.
Libby (my 5 yo is learning how to play these bells, so this morning it occurred to me that I could use them to add novelty and depth to our learning.
The bells help bring it to life, offering a literal way to “let it ring.” I’m excited to experiment with letting kids take turns ringing the bells during the song, accompanying the verses, making it interactive and meaningful!
